  1. Dine, this kind of article is what I’ve been searching for for AGES! It’s fab… I have been experimenting in a bid to find a standard go to recipe that works, that I can then adapt to all flavours. I have been working to the method you described and have recently started on a similar ingredient ratio! [I was previously working a 4442 and not using milk but prefer to add milk!] Oh thank you so much! x
