To say that I have a weakness for Earl Grey tea would be an understatement. When it runs out unexpectedly, it’s a household emergency, and I rush straight to the grocery store to replenish supplies. A cup of Earl Grey gets me out of bed when I haven’t had enough sleep. It is comfort food when I’ve had a bad day. And it’s a celebratory drink when I’ve had a good one. You get the picture? I love the stuff, yes.
So, without further ado, here are some of my earl grey cupcakes. With dark chocolate topping, of course.
There’s a tiny bit of Earl in the icing too, as you can see.
I put the roses on one of my kitchen shelves, after the cupcakes had all been demolished.
OK, that’s all from me. Have a lovely public holiday. x

Was just dreaming up Earl Grey Tea Cupcakes and here they are in all their glory! Beautiful post! Am also a major Earl Grey Tea fan, nothing beats it!
