Very nice! I used sardines in olive oil and added canned tomatoes. I also was lucky enough to have kalamata olives on hand, which really made the dish a 10!
There couldn't be a better way to prepare freshly caught wild brook trout. Serve with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and steamed Swiss chard.
These hush puppies have an added tang from buttermilk in the batter. Serve alongside coleslaw and fried catfish for a Southern-style meal.
